iChange Solutions was founded by the three principals in 2012 following successful independent careers in organisational transformation incorporating business optimisation, organisational change and behavioural development. With some 70 years experience between them, the principals came together with the common philosophy that without reform of an organisation’s operating model supported by specific change and people development programs, the organisation will not sustain the desired direction.
