We have an international network of business professionals, who all share some key characteristics; first, all have a significant level of experience in senior management, and this may range from lawyers to accountants, sales professionals, marketers or general managers, but all have worked for a number of years at senior management levels; second, all share a passion and hunger to help business owners achieve their goals, and have substantial experience of the change management process, ensuring that they can use the proven ICON consulting methodologies to get the best result for their clients. Our target market is SMEs - primarily companies with a turnover between £500,000 and £30million, and our consulting systems have so far been used to help over 7,000 global SMEs.
