Ideal Developments was founded by Shaji Nada, who merged his vision and passion for innovation into a multi-disciplinary real estate development company, utilizing design-forward techniques to create residential communities and mixed-use projects across the GTA. Ideal Developments has successfully built a variety of residential communities, both low and high rise, in Toronto and currently has projects underway in Richmond Hill, Mississauga and Markham. The company also boasts an expansive portfolio of custom luxury homes for the Idealist buyer. Ideal Developments brings a customer focused vision to every aspect of neighbourhood planning, from acquiring the land, developing the community vision and designing architecturally distinct homes.
