IDH Group is the UK’s only fully integrated dental services company, with annual sales of circa £600m and more than 7000 employees and associates. IDH functions through mydentist, which operates a network of 674 NHS funded and private pay dental practices across the UK; and Dental Directory, a dental services, wholesaling and supplies business. IDH is owned by Carlyle, whom acquired the group in 2011, and is part financed by a high yield bond with a significant number of bond holders.
