On April 1, 2014 Scheer Holding bought IDS Scheer Consulting GmbH, being a part of former IDS Scheer AG, from Software AG and merged IDS Scheer Consulting GmbH with Scheer Mangement GmbH to the now existing Scheer GmbH (www.scheer-group.com).
