After years of investment, research and development in the farming of miscanthus as an Energy Crop by Wilson Farming, IEC was formed in 2009 to precision plant high yielding crops of miscanthus in the UK & Europe. After enjoying great success in doing this IEC are still driving on with the end markets for this great crop mainly in providing turnkey biomass heating installations for the agricultural and recycling sectors, the design and production of multifuel biomass feed systems from IEC Fabritec, and the production and supply of miscanthus based Softlay poultry bedding. We have further diversified as a company in recent year to include our nationwide supply of all types of biomass fuel, and the construction and farming of our innovative Poultry unit in Shropshire.
