A Not-For-Profit Social Enterprise. iESE is led by local authority councillors elected by iESE member councils. iESE is a not for profit social enterprise and any surplus generated is invested by the membership in research on behalf of the sector. Innovation is in our DNA. iESE has a track record for innovation having been reinventing public services since 2004. For local public services to be financially sustainable and to meet the needs of residents and business, they needed to be completely reinvented. iESE has continuously sought new ways to achieve public service outcomes. As a part of the sector councils can use iESE services without the need for procurement simply by becoming a member.
