Like the name suggests, Ignis Careers has been conceived in order to kindle the latent potential of individuals so that they can set themselves on a meaningful course of life congruent to their skills and aptitudes. We are currently associated with Dr. B R Ambedkar Open University in providing training for its students across Andhra Pradesh. We are also training the PG students of Acharya Nagarjuna Unveristy, Guntur. Apart from these, we have trained students in some of the premier institutions and universities across India including the PGDIT students of 21st Century Gurukulam, an initiative of APSCHE. We have also been associated with organizations like TV9, CAP Foundation and National Dalit Forum; training teachers as well as rural youth. With years of experience in training professionals, including senior officials in Government and Corporate organizations, All the Ignis programmes have been inspired by socio-linguistics, pragmatics, language acquisition patterns and behaviouralism. The Ignis pedagogy is a unique one as it tries to incorporate and interweave the core set of life skills with various tools of Communication.
