Illuminart is an Australian arts troupe who create and present beautiful innovative interactive artwork using the magic of projection, moving image and animated arts. Illuminart transform environments at night with large scale architectural and urban projections that are underscored by meaningful narrative and engaging interactive audiovisual art, leaving a lasting legacy of narrative, innovation, and cultural vibrancy. Our projection art has featured at creative events and festivals, museums and cultural precincts around Australia. Illuminart has collaborated with Gotye to create an interactive projection sculpture "Fractured Heart"​ which is exhibited at the National Film and Sound Archive in Canberra ACT. Other major accomplishments include the award winning Lipson Street projection “Port Inhabited” in 2011, “The Ribbon” in Murray Bridge in 2010, "Fractured Heart Interactive"​ at VIVID 2012, “No Boundaries” projection onto Dame Joan Sutherland Performing Arts Centre in 2012, and “Luminous Hall” for the University of Western Australia’s Centenary in 2013. The company's services include Projection Design, Architectural Projection, Digital Media Consulting, Community engagement and Creative direction services. We work with leading theatre makers, AV companies, Councils and Precincts, Directors, Production companies and Festivals.
