Mission Our mission is to bring real and lasting change to children in poverty. We do this by creating partnerships with communities and implementing programs which will reduce their daily struggles, invest in their potential, and provide them with the opportunity to grow up healthy, educated, and prepared to succeed and contribute to society. Vision Our vision is a global community, free from poverty, where children are protected and have the opportunity to reach their full potential. Our Projects 1. School Feeding Program Malnutrition among children is a serious concern in the Philippines today. Hunger and malnutrition are a serious hindrance to improving student achievement and outcomes in the public schools. Present data indicates that theres around 562,000 severely wasted and around 1.5M wasted elementary school children or a total of about 2M children in the Philippines. In Quezon City alone, there are around 10,000 severely wasted children. In partnership with Ateneo de Manila Universitys Center for Educational Development , invisible works towards the improvement of hunger and malnutrition by providing feeding programs to these severely wasted children. They receive free daily lunch every day. This meal is likely their only meal of the day. Children in our feeding program are monitored regularly. BMI and school performance are measured every 3 months. Once a child is enrolled into our feeding program, he/she is entitled to receive free meals for the entire duration of his/her primary education. 2. Girls Education In-Visible supports girls education by providing school bursaries for girls in the Philippines. We also provide uniforms, food, and transportation if and when needed. 3. Children Community Centre Launching March 2015 Invisible launched October 2013. Our registered UK charity number is 1155656. Our charity is registered as Not Invisible but our working name is Invisible.
