Independent Jewellers was found in 1937 by John H. Epp. Today, the company is still owned by the same family, being run by John's grandsons Jeremy and Jonathan. The company has changed over the years, slowly pushing its way in the mid to high-end jewellery segment. In Winnipeg, we are the only higher end jewellery store, carrying globally recognized brands like Rolex, OMEGA, TAG Heuer, Forevermark, Mikimoto, and many more. A full listing of our brands can be found on our website. We are also the only jewellery store in Winnipeg to offer a complete compliment of services. We employ a Rolex trained technician, who can repair many different types of branded watches. A full-time goldsmith is on premise at our Notre Dame location, as well as a Gemological Institute of America trained Appraiser, and a full-time Insurance Replacement specialist. 2017, our 80th year in business, will see the new construction of our flagship store at 493 Notre Dame Ave. Stay tuned for more!
