The Independent Schools’ Bursars Association (ISBA) represents the collective voice of bursars, as representatives of independent schools, across the sector and the UK. It has grown considerably since its inception in 1932 and now serves approximately 1000 schools who are full or associate members of the association. The ISBA offers a network of specialist resources designed to enable senior school management staff to succeed in their roles including professional development courses, an annual conference, online guidance documentation (and model policies for schools) and a termly magazine - the Bursar’s Review.
