Infra Support provides services in several different fields. As a trade partner of IBM we sell intelligent software solutions for business intelligence and performance management based on IBM Cognos software. In the big data area Infra Support is participating in the project www.bigdata.ch. We partner with Serwise AG and are a certified IBM Support Provider, and provide our clients with qualified support for the products and systems after these have been installed and implemented. Infra Support also operates a centre for courses and meetings in Winterthur, which hosts courses for client users and developers of IBM Cognos products. The meeting rooms can be rented on a daily basis by outside customers for their retreats, seminars, courses and meetings.
