Instituto Internacional de Derecho y Empresa (INIDEM) is founded in Panama in 2010, by a group of leading lawyers and professors from different countries, to develop interdisciplinary research and training activities around the study of Law and Business, with an innovative perspective. Having as main object of study the relationship between law and business, from an international and practical perspective, an institutional model was designed to consider the best practices from both leading law school and business schools. These characteristics constitute the distinctive difference that makes INIDEM the first “Business Law School”.
