We at B3 Init have a culture that is permeated by continuous learning and cohesion. We help each other to develop with activities such as internal and external technology seminars, education, cultural and social activities as well as ongoing external monitoring. In 2021, we were ranked as Sweden's third best workplace according to Great Place to Work. We believe that if everyone is given space to be themselves, we will also increase compassion and everyone will be better off in their own right. That is why we invest heavily in diversity and diversification - the more different we are, the stronger we are together! B3 Init operates in many different industries, and has customers in areas such as government, fintech, retail, telecom, media and transport. Several of the employees at B3 Init are also involved in projects within open source. Being able to combine work and private life is important to us.
