At Inner Mind Studios, we are passionate about two things: making incredible, innovative games, and making a real difference in people's lives. Our core mission is to support the Autism Community through game development: * Our Autism Mentorship Program provides free expert guidance, skills training, and career coaching to Autistic teens and adults interested in game development as a career or hobby. * All employees participate as part-time mentors, allowing you to give back to the community and directly alter the course of someone's life for the better. * We hire talented Autistic game developers, and provide an open, understanding, and supportive environment where you can constantly learn, excel at your craft, and navigate the specific challenges that being Autistic means for you. * Inner Mind Studios donates 10% of all proceeds to leading Autism research centers. * Our games often feature Autistic characters and themes, and presents a face of Autism to the world that celebrates our differences, quirkiness, and unique challenges. * Our first product launch as a game studio is not a game at all, but an App for communicating with the nonverbal and speech impaired. ThisOrThat AAC is 100% free, and is our gift to all the heroic parents, teachers, therapists, caregivers, and extended family and friends to the amazing nonverbal and speech challenged people in their lives.
