Eng.), engineering students, and other professionals who work in IT, industry or public sector. We have roughly 70000 members in 36 member associatons. We provide our members with employment services, salary statistics and -recommendations. We also give legal help to our members concerning their employment. We negotiate collective agreements on behalf of our members in order to improve their working conditions. We are active also in industrial and educational policy and legislation processes in labour law and working qualifications of engineers. Our goal is to make better working days for our members.
