Using Government regulations and guidelines, Inspex set the standard for mobile PRS inspection works. We lead the market with independent verification of accommodation standards and property certification. With the regulatory framework ever more complex, our inspection service has expanded from inspection service delivery to include a scheduling team, contact centre and document management services for local authority clients with a virtual consultation service for landlords and agents.
