Business also need to meet compliance with several legislation and regulation that gives business legitimacy to operate in the South African context. The recent BBBEE code of practice is an example. IQ has responded by providing support and guidance to business to achieve compliance with minimum financial costs. These services have provided customer loyalty and client respect.
