Founded in 2005, inSynergy is a full-service property investment advisory offering premium property investment portfolio planning and education to Australian property investors. 100% privately owned and operated, inSynergy is focussed on helping people safely build a successful property portfolio and achieve their financial goals without sacrificing their lifestyle. Founder and Managing Director, Richard Sheppard is the driving force behind the business and has essentially developed a science of optimising investment returns from property whilst minimising risk. His passion for educating investors to be able to make informed decisions about property investment rather than take notice of uninformed hype and speculation has driven a culture of knowledgeable, confident clients with a portfolio of proven assets. inSynergy provides a broad-range of professional services designed to assist with all aspects of property investment, including one on one education workshops and specialist investor finance broking. We focus on giving people the knowledge, tools, and strategy to make informed decisions about their investment choices. We also have a philosophy of working closely with our clients’ other advisors, such as their Accountant and Financial Planner to ensure the Property Investment strategy and plan we develop considers and integrates their advice. As a business, we want to create a community of like-minded people who see the value in educating themselves about important decisions that affect theirs and their family’s financial futures.
