International Fitness Holdings, Inc. is the parent company of GYMVMT, HER GYMVMT, Bankers Hall Club and Club Fit fitness facilities. With 21 locations operating throughout Calgary and Edmonton, we have been inspiring Albertans to live a healthy and active lifestyle for over 35 years. With the 18 of our clubs operating as GYMVMT, our coed facilities, and HER GYMVMT, our women’s only facilities, we offer our members access to fitness, sports and executive club amenities through our locations in Calgary and Edmonton. Introduced in the Fall of 2020, our first dual format club with coed and women’s only facilities combined. Our facilities offer access to tennis and squash, outdoor pool, top of the line equipment, child minding services and much more. Our unique store-in-store concept offers boutique fitness expertise within our clubs with PWR X LAB and Trū Ride studios. With endless options, members can build their own memberships through selection of these great offerings. Located in the heart of downtown Calgary, our Bankers Hall Club offers a premium executive experience, with services and amenities such as squash courts, yoga, top of the line equipment, group classes, infrared sauna, steam room, towel service, laundry service, dedicated locker service, and access to our Personal Training programs, massage therapy, acupuncture and registered dieticians. With two locations in Edmonton, Club Fit offers members a low-cost alternative to achieve their fitness goals.
