We're a non-profit international ministry whose mission is to train and mobilize leaders of leaders to reach their nations with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. ILI trains and mobilizes more than 40,000 Christian leaders each year through the Eight Core Values of the most effective Christian leaders. In 2018, over 900 conferences were hosted in 83 countries. Leadership training is provided through interactive leadership seminars, small groups, and online study. ILI training focuses on the Eight Core Values of the most effective Christians and is currently provided in two to seven-day conferences or through small group studies.
