Invicta (merging with Visionest Institute) was founded in 1991 as a traditional training company to offer high-quality and practical continuing training in management, finances, marketing, sales and customer service. Quite soon we expanded our choice with personality development and teamwork topics. The strategic investor at the time, the UK-based company Invicta Training Ltd. laid the foundation for the vital know-how and methodology of Invicta's training products. The slogan of Invicta is the experiences of experts. This is because the Invicta trainers and consultants today are practising experts – Estonia's successful and acknowledged top-level managers and the best specialists in their field, who have real working experience and excellent knowledge of the fields in which they conduct training and consultations.
