Invisible-Care is a virtual support service that provides on-demand, remote, and personalized support that facilitates activities of daily living. Invisible-Care uses both live support workers and technology to provide clients with real-time support. Invisible-Care's technology is driven by OttoPrompts, our proprietary software which aids in scheduling prompts that seamlessly go to a client's smartphone via text. Through texting, calls, and video chat, Invisible-Care’s support workers provide a variety of cues and prompts. These prompts, such as medication reminders, daily affirmations, and transportation support, all help support clients with building routines and performing activities of daily living.
