IQC Southwest (IQC) is a client focused, technology driven, engineering firm focused on providing third party quality assurance/quality control special inspections and materials testing services. Our headquarters is in Las Vegas, Nevada with our team having years of experience working on projects within the Southwest region of the United States. IQC's Principal Engineer, Brian Eller, P.E., ASNT NDT Level III, is a registered Civil Engineer in the states of California and Nevada. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA. Mr. Eller has been involved exclusively in the operations and business development of special inspections and materials testing laboratories. Mr. Eller leads by example and is passionate about continuing education and improving efficiency through technology to assist our clients with their ever changing needs. Conduct efficient and effective operational processes IQC's Special Inspectors and Materials Technicians have certifications from ACI, NAQTC, ICC, AWS, ASNT, etc. and our materials laboratory is certified by CMEC. We have successfully performed third party special inspections, QA/QC Services for public works, commercial, private, and federally funded projects. We are proud members of the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 12 and Local 3 in Nevada and California.
