ÉireComposites is an innovative design, manufacturing and testing company, involved in lightweight, high performance fibre-reinforced composite materials, with an international blue-chip customer base of over 70 companies in aerospace, wind energy, marine, Formula 1 racing and general automotive sectors. ÉireComposites offers its customer an integrated service including accredited design, innovative tooling, manufacturing and testing in a single organisation. The company is delivering composite components and assemblies for international aerospace programmes, and participates in important European Union R&D programmes in the aerospace sector. ÉireComposites has world-leading proprietary technology and know-how in thermoplastic composites, from glass-fibre polypropylene (Twintex®) to advanced carbon-fibre thermoplastics such as PEEK and PEKK, and has particular expertise in moulding of new liquid-moulded thermoplastic resins such as CBT®, APLC-12 and APLC-6. ÉireComposites'​ engineers can offer a complete composites design service, using CATIA V5 and finite element analysis software such as PATRAN and NASTRAN. Our subsidiary company, Composites Testing Laboratory (www.ctlcomposites.com ), is a leader in the field of accredited mechanical and physical testing of advanced composites for aerospace, wind energy and automotive applications.
