Irish Guide Dogs provides Guide Dogs, Assistance Dogs and a range of rehabilitation programmes for children and adults who are vision impaired. Irish Guide Dogs also provide Assistance Dogs to children who have Autism Spectrum Disorder. We are the only organisation in Ireland to train Guide Dogs and were the first organisation in Europe to begin working with Assistance Dogs. The lifetime cost of one working dog is €53,000.
