Purposes: To develop the intellectual and analytic skills of students to master the complexities of law for achieving success on their First Year Students’ Examination and subsequently to pass on the State Bar Examination. Objective: To develop in each student practical writing and oral skills for effective client advocacy with a thorough knowledge of substantive law and professional ethical responsibility principles.
