ispi, llc - institute for software process improvement

Founded in 1995, ISPI helps organizations obtain engineering excellence by focusing on the key, essential practices needed to support engineering and remove blockers. We provide coaching and training to systems and software engineering organizations worldwide. ISPI uses various frameworks and models, including eXtreme Programming, Scrum, SAFe, CMMI, Lean and others. But our specialty is not on implementing frameworks, our focus in on selecting the correct tools to help organizations succeed. Compliance - that's and after-effect, a secondary benefit. ISPI was the first company to spin off from the Software Engineering Institute under the "take it back to industry" model. As the oldest standing company using Capability Maturity Models, we have worked with numerous business and technical sectors worldwide to help them focus on their missions and goals.
