J5 Design

J5 is a design and consulting firm with studios in Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto and Chicago. We work alongside healthcare institutions, governments, non-profits and communities to deliver more human-centred products, services and strategies. Our work transforms companies through maturity and readiness assessments, strategy development, customer and employee journey management, ethnographic research and digital transformation. By integrating customer experience mindsets and systems across functions and departments, we improve service delivery and align strategies in ways that work better for people. Our multidisciplinary team brings a unique combination of kindness, industry expertise and creativity to every interaction which is intended to feel very different from the traditional consulting experience.
