Janeous

Janeous is a talent matchmaking marketplace that uses ML-supported algorithms to match the right companies with the right candidates for video interviews. Companies interview matches during industry-specific digital job fairs in the time it takes to have a cup of coffee. Its best described as ML-driven speed dating for jobs. We want to own the screening, matching and introductory interviewing processes for companies, improving their bottom line through a better overall candidate experience Companies overlook the candidate experience and choose to use inefficient automation hiring processes in place of processes that allow for more human connection. Instead, they pair technology like chatbots (lacking personal interaction) with phone calls or in-person interviews, which ultimately fall short. By blending tech and human connection at the initial stages of hiring, Janeous improves the candidate experience and saves hiring professionals time and money.
