Founded in 2012, JBR is a relatively new company; but a company founded on deep experience. Our principals Kevin Raffler, Warren Barrow and Matt Kokan have a collective 50 years experience managing residential and commercial projects including custom homes, renovations, commercial projects and tenant improvements with some of British Columbias most prestigious construction companies, architects, and clients. We are a licensed builder and provide project, construction management and general contracting services for new custom home and commercial construction, as well as home renovations and tenant improvements.
