JM Partnership have been Approved Inspectors since 1997 and were one of the first companies to become registered and licensed by the Construction Industry Council. Since that time the Company has established itself as one of the market leaders in the Independent Building Control Sector. JM Partnership currently provides Building Regulations, Fire Safety and Access Consultancy services nationally to its Clients, Designers, Developers and Contractors. In dealing with the broad range of design and complexity of projects, the employment of professional staff with substantial experience in areas such as Fire Engineering, Access and Disability issues, Acoustics, Structural and Civil Engineering, Building Control Consultancy and CDM Co-ordinators has been necessary. The company also appoints specialist consultants on areas where additional information and advice may be required.
