Drawing on our extensive experience within the absorbent industry, the last three years, we have focused on developing the Armour Grid Absorbent Mat. The Armour Grid Mat has been designed to exceed the demands faced by MRO industry’s toughest spill containment challenges. Armour Grid Mat The layers within the Armour Grid Mat are laminated together using state-of-the-art equipment purposely designed and engineered to evenly apply Just Suk It Up’s proprietary adhesive glue. After bonding the grid to the absorbent and the absorbent to the impermeable poly backing, an edge band is lock stitched along the outer edge of the mat permanently securing all three layers together. Armour Grid The tough grid found in the Armour Grid Mat withstands the heaviest of uses while allowing oil to soak into the engineered cotton fibre absorbent. Absorbent The engineered cotton fibre absorbent traps oils, fuels and other hydrocarbons and allows water to run off. Impermeable Yellow Poly Backing The Armour Grid Mat comes with a 3-mil, low-density, polyethylene, impermeable backing designed to withstand tearing on rough surfaces and prevent leak through. Recommended Uses Absorbs hydraulic fluids, transmission fluids, diesel fuel, gasoline, motor oils, lubricants, and other hydrocarbons while filtering out water at the same time. Current Applications Customers currently use the Armour Grid Mat as an Equipment mat, Traffic mat, Workbench mat, Garage mat, Aircraft cargo mat, Barbeque mat, Chainsaw and lawn mower refuelling mat, Under sink mat, Motor cycle mat and many more uses to numerous to mention.
