JVB Construction offers an extensive and comprehensive range of construction services in London and the South East. We undertake large scale building projects, home extensions and renovations to smaller maintenance work. We directly employ fully qualified staff and carry full insurance. We strive to give professional and courteous service at all times. JVB Construction employs approximately 20 full-time staff, a figure which is augmented, if required, by specialist sub-contractors, with whom we will have an established relationship with. By directly employing a core of experienced professional tradesmen we have complete control over the standard of work being delivered, enabling us to deliver consistently high quality work. It is now considered unusual to adopt this approach, but we are confident that it is the optimum way to ensure we deliver the best possible job. Any sub-contractors used by JVB Construction have demonstrated that they have a suitable track record, have quality management procedures in place, and comply with current Health and Safety legislation. All work undertaken by sub-contractors is still under the full supervision of the JVB Project Manager, who remains 100% responsible for day to day quality control. JVB Construction operates a system of preferred suppliers for both materials and specialist sub-contractors. Our policy is to encourage and promote working in a collaborative way to improve service levels and reducing costs for all involved.
