An innovator in the manufacturing of netting materials, KARATZIS S.A. has evolved into an international leader during the last four decades, with 4 industrial complexes in Greece (Heraklion, Larissa and Thessaly) and Germany. Among other products, the Group specialises in the construction of Raschel Bags, Tubular Net, Display Packaging, Pallet Netwrap for packaging of post-harvest production and Construction Nets, through PlusPack S.A. The company’s competitive advantage has always been its high-quality standards and its solid production base with a total factory space that exceeds 65,000 sq.m. The KARATZIS S.A. packaging commercial subsidiaries include: Croppy Solutions, Zeus Packaging Agri LTD, while also owning two companies, in Spain and in the UK, and three commercial subsidiaries abroad: KARATZIS RUS Ltd (Krasnodar), KARATZI IMPRESE INDUSTRIALI & ALBERGHIERE S.A (Milan) and Pack Leader (Poland). It has also expanded its activity in the electricity generator sector, with Aioliki Pnoi Aposkias Single Member LTE and real estate, with Artemis Real S.A. In 2016 AK Graff was added to the Group, a company which focuses on managing retail brand stores in Greece and internationally. In the tourism industry, it has introduced an elevated level of hospitality in Hersonissos, Crete, with Nana Golden Beach and Nana Princess hotels, the Group are located in Heraklion, Crete, and the shares of its parent company, KARATZI SA are listed in the Athens Stock Exchange. A subsidiary of Karatzis Group of Companies, Panellenic Private Aviation is proudly based in Heraklion, Crete. Founded in response to growing demand for business aviation services in Greece, we started with a large fleet of aircrafts and helicopters, which offer direct flights from our home in Heraklion to wider European destinations.
