Katie Brown has worked with aged care and disability service businesses for the last twleve years supporting them to review practices to respond to the ever changing landscape of service delivery. She has published Workforce Development Guides and resources through the Community Services Industry Skills Council and worked for aged care peak industry associations ACSA and LASA prior to their amalgamation, delivering national workforce initiatives and customised training to respond to members skills gaps across the workforce. An experienced senior manager with real and recent experience in service delivery, she has continued to be invited to speak at National events for LASA, COTA and Aged Care Week 2023 on workforce development programs and human resource management, particularly for the direct care workforce. Katie's skill in turning strategic intent and policies into practical and relatable opportunities to develop the workforce through fun and interactive training both in-person and on-line aims to support small to medium organisations to excel in providing amazing customer experiences through your people. Katie will be available for business reviews, internal audits and continuous improvement planning, development and delivery of customised training programs matched to your policies and practices.
