Established in 1990, Hayman Daugherty has a staff of experienced physician recruiters who work with hospitals and practices nationwide to fill their physician job opportunities. We approach physician recruitment through an organized model of specialty specific groups of recruiters whom each focus their efforts in one specialty, and one geographic area. We find that this approach maximizes our geographic coverage of each specialty as well as helps each physician recruiter to be a specialty employment market consultant as well as a recruiter.
