Keen Design LLC (KD) was established in 2012 by Owner and Principal, Holly Keen. Keen Design serves MD/DC/VA area clients, tenant and landlord brokers, property managers and general contractors. Keen Designs approach is unique in that you get personal one-on-one attention from start to finish. KD believes that the design process does not start on paper, but with careful communication and understanding of the intent of each client. KD is able to deliver, while constantly remaining focused and attentive to each client along the process. In 2012, Holly created Keen Design LLC. With deep local roots and established relationships, KD continues to grow its list of services and client base, while maintaining its personal attention and dedication to each client. List of services include: Space Planning, Test Fits, Boma Calculations, Marketing Plans, Permit Documents, Finish Coordination, Elevator Cab Design, Construction Administration and Project Management. Holly has been NCIDQ certified since 2009 and a registered Interior Designer in the State of Maryland since 2013. She is a professional member of IIDA.
