Kellmarts Building Services have been operating independently in the UK for 6 years, trading successfully as Kellmarts Electrical Services until May 2018. We're now experiencing a period of growth upon which we want to expand on our reputation on having the capability to deliver multi-disciplined projects. We offer specialist building services within the construction industry such as; Electrical & Mechanical services, de-commissioning, cable management systems, enabling works, HVAC, cabling, lighting, distribution, Design and Testing & Certification (as individual packages or as a complete electrical-install project). As well as this, we have the capability to undertake project works complementing these M&E packages, such as fire detection systems, comms installations, access control, soft strip demolition, builder’s works, refurb, minor civils, new-build and fit-out. Our management team have a combined experience of over 40 years in the sectors in which we operate. We’ve already carried out varied Electrical, Mechanical, Comms, Fire & Building works, on everything from private residential to industrial and infrastructure projects such as London Underground and Heathrow Airport. We’re investing heavily in our infrastructure, people, systems, equipment & fleet to ensure that we deliver the best value for money to our clients.
