The Firm will consider contingency fee work, including subrogation matters, on a case-by-case basis. The Firm has attorneys who are licensed to practice before the State Courts of Texas, all of the Federal Courts sitting in Texas and Louisiana, and before the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fifth, Tenth and Eleventh Circuits and the United States Patent and Trademark office. Several attorneys are also licensed to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
