KeolisAmey Docklands, a joint venture between Keolis and Amey, was first awarded the franchise to operate and maintain the Docklands Light Rail (DLR) on behalf of Transport for London (TfL) in 2014. Following a successful 10-year delivery, we secured the next franchise to continue operating and maintaining the DLR from 2025 for a further eight years, with the potential for a two-year extension. At KeolisAmey Docklands, we are committed to ensuring every journey matters. Our people are our greatest asset, and we value their passion and expertise in safely operating and maintaining the DLR. We foster a customer-first culture, encouraging our teams to prioritise service excellence in everything they do. Our dedication and performance have been recognised at local, national, and international levels, earning us over 10 industry awards, including Operator of the Year at the 2019 Global Light Rail Awards, Train Operator of the Year at the 2019 Rail Business Awards, and Rail Operator of the Year at the 2018 London Transport Awards, Customer Service Excellence in 2022 at the Rail Business Awards and Train Operator of the Year in 2023 at the Rail Business Awards.
