The mission of Kid One Transport is to transport children and expectant mothers who have limited or no means of transportation to needed medical care. As Alabama’s only provider of transportation to children and expectant mothers, Kid One Transport provided 22,545 total transports in 2018. Kid One provides transportation to any needed medical appointment including routine doctor, dental and vision check-ups, prenatal visits, as well as lifesaving chemotherapy, radiation, surgeries, and dialysis. Kid One is dedicated to making life a little easier for Alabama families, by working to remedy a consequence of socioeconomic disparities in our Alabama communities.
