I help organizations do the work needed to position their future leaders and managers for success. Project Consultation: Lead short term projects focused on strategic operations and finance. I tune up the systems, fortify infrastructure, and plot the measures that will empower your organization’s growth. I document and develop the procedures and policies that keep organizations in compliance and keep teamwork running smoothly. I bring teams together to design and deliver on key projects. Teaching and Training: Build financial fluency and skills for project design and nonprofit management. Whether I'm the instuctor in a formal classroom or have the opportunity to provide coaching and technical assistance to a partner, I bring a learning orientation to all of my work. In particular, I enjoy helping build the skills of people who don't have formal accounting, finance, or operations training to become more fluent in key concepts and practices.
