The Social Dialogue Committee of the Polish Chamber of Commerce is a centre of thought that aims to improve the quality of life in Poland, in particular to improve the mutual relations between employers, employees and the government and local government administration. We are inspired by the principles of the common good, solidarity and subsidiarity. We believe that the best answer to the socio-economic problems of Poland is the joint search for solutions. For us dialogue means respect for different standpoints, views and social roles. We are particularly interested in getting to know and promoting good practices in the management of business, public and non-governmental organizations based on the culture of dialogue and cooperation.
