KP Startups

Aims and Objectives KP Startups is an attempt at creating a platform for KP Startups and SMEs to come and grow together. Our objective is to collaborate with all stakeholders to help and support the creation of a business ecosystem in the KP Community. The ‘KP Startups’ envisages an ecosystem to facilitate learning, sharing and mutual benefit and growth. One of our core priorities is the economic improvement of our community by being a force multiplier in intra-community trade. We also will actively work towards changing the mindset of our community from being job-oriented to Business oriented. About 2 years ago on 7th April 2018, we conducted our 1st KP Startups Meet at Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Delhi NCR with 20 KP CEOs attending the meet. It was a breakthrough event in our long history as for the 1st time Entrepreneurship was becoming a viable option for KP Community. Continuing our success from Delhi, we arranged successful events at Pune on 8th July and Jammu on 7th October that was attended by more than 40 CEO’s/Business Heads from all over the country. On 7th April 2019, we had our 1st Marathon Local chapter meet at Delhi, Jammu, Pune & Mumbai simultaneously. It will not only make the organization strong from the grassroots level, but it will also make it interactive and will boost local networking among members. By conservative estimates, more than Rs.3 crore worth of inter-community B2B business has been done among our members in the past 2 years of our existence via business networking, collaboration, and referrals. Our last KP Startups Business Conference was held on 7th Oct 2018 at Hotel Fortune Riviera Inn, 9 Gulab Singh Marg, Jammu. It was attended by over 40 KP CEO’s. Many of the Entrepreneurs who attended were based in Jammu hence it served our purpose of Startups Awareness and Engagement in our community in Jammu.
