Established in October 2000, KRA Visionary Project Partners (KRA) provides a complete range of building surveying and project management services throughout Ireland. We have extensive experience in design, project management & contract administration and have delivered a wide range of commercial commissions, including responsibility for various large scale projects with budgets in excess of €40 million. At the other end of the scale, we look after small projects for residential and commercial clients including extensions, refurbishments and renovation. Whatever the size of the project, our attention to each project is the same. We provide a full range of professional services, with specialist knowledge and experience in the field of dilapidations, large scale portfolio surveys for pre-disposal, acquisition, planned maintenance, sinking fund assessment and health and safety/fire safety assessment. We also cater for the small scale, local businesses or individuals, including building surveys for residential purchasers, maintenance & repair assessments, alterations and renovations, and a wide range of other professional services.
