The end result is a Hotel structure that meets or exceeds brand standards. Ownership stays in owners box vs. engaging with hotel level staffing. Like with any Sport Owners (Football, Basketball, Baseball, etc.), The owner never enters the field during the game. Rather allows the Coaches to lead the players to victory. Ownership holds the coaches accountable for results not the players. This is the job and commitment of Hotel Ownership. Other hotels in the comp set are worried about bills being paid, employees without benefits, skeleton staffing and wages below the competition. Krueger Hospitality Managed Hotels offer fresh, bright, and qualified leaders that are passionate in gaining base accounts (sales) while operations provide daily training toward its line level team members (engagement). Corporate Support Members include: VP of Sales, Director of Revenue Management, VP of Human Resources, and Vice President of Operations. This group of A-Team members are paid by Krueger Hospitality.
