Kyulux was established in Japan in 2015 to develop next generation materials for OLED displays and lighting. Based on exclusively-licensed technology from Kyushu University, Kyulux develops next-generation hyperfluorescence TADF emitters. Hyperfluorescence OLEDs combine TADF and fluorescence emitters to enable highly efficient emission (100% IQE), low cost and high color purity. Hyperfluorescence was invented at Kyushu University by Dr. Chihaya Adachi (co-founder at Kyulux) and the technology is exclusively licensed to Kyulux.
