La Liste

LA LISTE is the ultimate global guide to the world's best restaurants, pastry shops, and hotels. LA LISTE carefully curates a large group of the world’s most respected critics, assigns scores to their reviews and applies a weighted average to summarize the range of opinions. From trusted international food guides to established reviews, and more niche sources, this ranking provides an impressive global footprint and impartial source of information for industry professionals, foodies and travellers alike. Created by an international team of experts and food journalists headed by French entrepreneur, Philippe Faure, LA LISTE was inspired by "meta-rankings” to produce the most reliable scoring of the world’s best gastronomic experiences. Every year, restaurants are rated on a 100-point scale to list the best 1000 global culinary ambassadors who are celebrated during a prestigious award ceremony. In addition, LA LISTE sources over 10,000 'best value' eateries from local press, critics and experts to enable diversity, authenticity and choice wherever you travel to in the world. You can enjoy this remarkable in-the-know dining selection through the LA LISTE App. LA LISTE is fully independent from any lobby or government and its funding relies on sponsors which do not conflict with its integrity nor influences its ranking.
